A cross between Alice In Wonderland, The Wiz, and Dante’s Inferno, The Demise is the story of Harry Haller, a young, tormented, wannabe-rock-star who takes a trip uptown through the magical underbelly of a skewed version of NYC in search of Devachan: “the greatest rock club of all time.” Harry is guided on his journey by a mysterious, omnipresent, master-of-ceremonies and meets a variety of provocative and enchanting characters who challenge him to consider a brand new perspective.
On his quest, Harry discovers far more than he bargained for: Himself.

"By the time the number ended, I had been transported from the Lydia Mendelssohn theatre to a rock concert. It was hard to tell who was cheering more –– the actors playing Rick’s fans or the audience. And this level of passion and exuberance never died down."
"It’s rare to find a musical that excels like “One Hit Wonder.” From start to finish, the cast presented a stunning story of the power of love and the whimsy of second chances."

Drought, desperation, and a prophet’s promise of Paradise set a ragtag group of wayward souls on a Dust Bowl journey into the desert. When they arrive, their promised land is unlike anything they ever imagined, or anything they ever desired. Driven by a spirited band of actor-musicians and directed by SPRING AWAKENING’s Srda Vasiljevic, the new folk musical DUST CAN’T KILL ME asks what’s worth fighting for when all you've got is dust.

We were curious and decided to play.
Cheers to daily exploration.
Two households, both alike in dignity,
In fair Verona, where we lay our scene,
From ancient grudge break to new mutiny,
Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean.
From forth the fatal loins of these two foes
A pair of star-cross'd lovers take their life;
Whose misadventured piteous overthrows
Do with their death bury their parents' strife.
The fearful passage of their death-mark'd love,
And the continuance of their parents' rage,
Which, but their children's end, nought could remove,
Is now the two hours' traffic of our stage;
The which if YOU WITH PATIENT EARS attend,
What here shall miss, our toil shall strive to mend.
